  1. The Feet & Inch problems (pages 1 & 2) are the first form.
  2. The Ruler Fraction problems (pages 3, 4, & 5) are the second form.

You must fill out both forms (and click on both blue send buttons). After submitting both, use the Zoom chat to let me know both forms are complete. I will verify receipt of both forms. Then, and only then, can you logoff.

Remember:

  1. Always subtract the smaller number from the larger number.
  2. No even numbers on top.
